Bread baking

I made my favorite bread recipe yesterday, Honey Whole Wheat Bread. I first cracked some grain for the chickens, and then turned the mill to a finer setting for flour. The loaves aren't perfect, because I was in a hurry when it was time to shape them, but the bread is of a good texture and tastes good.







































The cloth is a Ballband, in Yellow and Mardi Gras, with a 27 stich pattern, and 6 stitch border.
